Kolik stojí značka? Jednoduché počty. Džíny, které mám já, stály zhruba 1000Kč. Jako vždy jde o velmi zdařilou kopii ze Zary. Ty originální od Phillipa Lima stojí asi 18x více. Když to vezmeme kolem a kolem, přivřeme obě oči a uznáme, že Lim použil lepší techniku, preciznější detaily a kvalitnější džínovinu (o čemž stejně pochybuju) - oceníme džíny na 4000. Ve výsledku nám tak lítá nějakých 14 tisíc, které připlatíme za nášivku 3.1 Phillip Lim. A tak samo bychom to mohli aplikovat na boty, které jsem koupila na nelly.com a jsou prakticky totožné s letošním modelem Tibi. Pokud vám jde o to, že na vložce boty máte cedulku Tibi, jsou vaše za 12 tisíc.
 Uznávám, že tento model je celkem nerealistický ale zamysleme se. Opravdu je na té ceně vždycky nejvíce odražena kvalita?

* How much a label costs? Simple math. Jeans which i'm wearing in this post cost approx 40 euros. Like usual its a perfect Zara copy. The original version by Phillip Lim costs almost 17 times more. When we will be kind and close all of our eyes we can say that Lim uses better technique, more precise details and better denim (doubt it anyway but ok) - after that evaluate those jeans for about 160 euros. Well, there fly around 500 euros, right? It means the Lim tag costs those 500 euros, cool enough. The same method of math we can use for my boots which i bought at nelly, almost the same like this year's Tibi Piper booties. If you really bother with insole Tibi tag, go for it. Prepare around 500 euros for them and be happy. 
This method is unreal and naive indeed but still let's think about it. Are those prices really mainly about quality?
